SRINAGAR: Pakistan continued ceasefire violations for the second consecutive day at a number of sectors in J&Okay — alongside the International Border (IB) in Kathua and the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri and Poonch districts — on Sunday.
The spate of violations started in Kathua round 11.10pm on Saturday, to which BSF personnel retaliated successfully, a defence spokesperson mentioned. The preliminary firefight went on until 1.20am on Sunday, he added.
